Compare trade corridors. Find the margin after delivery.
Route comparison
Select a corridor to inspect its economics.
| Destination / corridor | Sell €/delivered MWh | Transmission €/purchased MWh | Loss % total | Gross € / trade | Net € / trade |

Transmission is the sum of assumed corridor charges. Losses are applied once to purchased energy.

Scenario comparison
Apply the same changes to every corridor.

Price changes are €/MWh. Loss changes are percentage points. The fee multiplier applies to all market, transmission, fixed and other costs. Each scenario uses its own delivered energy.

Volume & losses
Purchased MWh = MW × delivery hours, or the total MWh entered. Average source MW = purchased MWh ÷ hours. Delivered MWh = purchased MWh × (1 − total loss % ÷ 100). For several legs, enter total loss as 1 − ∏(1 − leg loss).
Margins & break-even
Purchase cost = purchased MWh × buy price. Revenue = delivered MWh × sell price. Gross margin = revenue − purchase cost. Net margin = gross margin − transmission − buy fee − sell fee − fixed costs − other costs.
Break-even sell price = (purchase cost + transmission + buy fee + fixed costs + other costs) ÷ delivered MWh + sell market fee. Net €/MWh uses purchased energy. Calculations use full precision; displays are rounded.
Scope of this estimate
A single constant-volume delivery block, with flat prices and aggregate losses. It does not calculate hourly shaping, congestion, tax, FX, collateral, financing or imbalance settlement. Include known costs in the editable fees and other-cost fields. No order is placed.
Corridor references
Example corridors follow the physical links described by OST (Albania–Greece and Albania–Montenegro), Terna (Montenegro–Italy) and IPTO (Greece–Bulgaria). Checked 3 October 2026. They are planning corridors; cross-border rights and commercial arrangements require separate confirmation.
